After-sales service

I. Technique documents

a. The diagram of doorway, electrical, water supply and drainage, and embedded parts will be provided within 15 days after signing contract.

b. Operating manual will be provided with equipment.

II. Quality assurance

a. W e guarantees that all equipment we supply are newly manufactured.

b. We guarantee that the equipment we supply meet drawings and technical requirements. They will work stably, continually, and achieve the set efficiency.

c. We are responsible for equipment installation and test. Customer has to send one electrician and one equipment maintenance worker to assist and learn how to use, repair and test machine.

III. Installation conditions

a. Customer has to provide the essential installation tools and two engineer’s round-trip tickets

and accommodation. Installation tools include welding and cutting equipment mainly.

b. Customer is responsible for connecting the steam and water to our reservation interface.

Power should be connected to the installation place for the control panel.

c. Power current, water, steam supply and related workers should be in place before installation.

IV. After-sales service

a. Our equipment (vulnerable parts, such as rubber and nylon parts, belts, bearings etc. not included) to implement one-year warranty period. We provide free equipment repair and maintenance due to the equipment own problems. Customer is responsible for the round-trip tickets and accommodation of engineer. We provide free equipment repair and maintenance due to incorrect operation, while the customer is responsible for round-trip tickets, accommodation. The replaced elements are charged at cost.

b. We guarantee to provide favorable repair and replacement of equipment when the warranty period expires.
