Q1: Is the machine easy to clean?

Yes. The entire line is constructed from SUS304 stainless steel, which is rust-resistant and easy to sanitize. The design minimizes corners where dirt can hide. The plucker fingers and scalder should be cleaned after every shift to prevent bacterial growth.

Q2: What is the warranty?
We typically provide a 12-month warranty on the main machine structure and motor. Wearable parts (like rubber fingers and belts) are usually excluded from the warranty as they are consumables

Q3: How much space is needed?
Compact lines are designed to be footprint-efficient. A basic line for processing 1000 birds per hour usually requires a space of approximately 25 meters (length) x 10 meters (width) x 4 meters (height). We can customize the layout based on your workshop dimensions.

Q4: Is the machine difficult to operate?
No. The line is designed for ease of use. Most models feature a simple motorized conveyor system. Operators mainly need to hang the birds, perform stunning/slaughtering, and remove the entrails. The scalding and plucking are automated.
